How to edit the link destination of collection pages

Hey guys,

 

So as part of my task to increase my clients SEO, I have a list of canonical URLs with no incoming internal links. 

 

Essentially, all my collection pages are linking to Link A when ideally thay should be linking to Link B (Link B being the canonical URL)

For example:

 

Collection page is linking to:

Link A: https://www.hclothing.com/collections/mens-womens-organic-t-shirts/products/organic-cotton-crew-neck…

 

When it should be linking to: 

 

Link B: https://www.hclothing.com/products/organic-cotton-crew-neck-t-shirt

 

And I’m wondering if there’s anyway I can sort this, as I’m not sure how – would appreciate some help.
