How to draw a precise angle – SketchUp for Web

Hello, I’m trying to draw precise angles using the protactor, for example 12,345 degrees. I enter that value but when I measure it, I end up with an angle of 12,000. How can I get this right? I have already set the angle precision to 0,000 and I cannot turn off Angle Snapping.

Edit: The problem will fix itself when I close and reopen my project. Sometimes it happens again after a long time but the trick seems to work.

I use SU Go. I got the angle you wanted. You can see I turned length snapping off. Angle snapping remained on, though.

Can you complete your profile with relevant data for SketchUp Version, Operating System and Graphic Card.

Putting qwerty for each of these doesn’t help us in helping you.

At first sight I also get the angle I want. The bottom right says 12.345 too, but did you measure the angle again to check if it’s still 12.345? Because when I measure it again with the protractor it says 12.000.

(I use the free sketchup web, also had length snapping turned off)

Share your .skp file so we can see what you’ve modeled.

It’s certainly not difficult to get three places right of the decimal precision.

I just completed my profile data

Yes, it measured 12,345 using the protractor afterwards.
