10 Kashmiri red chillies, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 cinnamon stick, 10 black pepper, 4 cloves, 4 green cardamoms, 2 tbsp tamarind, 10 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tsp ghee, and 1 tsp cumin seeds
