Our instructor in college asked us to display real-time conversation in our website. The scenario goes like this: whenever a person messages through phone number, Messenger, and e-mail, the message/s would appear on the website.
Is there any way I can do this?

If your class is about systems development, you’d likely custom code a messaging server and your client-facing and support-facing chat UX’s.
If you class is about web design, they may be suggesting you find a combination of platforms or plugins that can make that work, without understanding the internals. Maybe check something like hubspot’s chatbot integration.
