Supplies: 

  • Baking soda
  • Coffee filter (disposable or compostable)
  • Essential oils of choice
  • Rubber band

Instructions:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to the coffee filter.
  • Enhance the mixture with a few drops of essential oil like lemon or tea tree.
  • Fasten the coffee filter securely with a rubber band.
  • Place the prepared sachet inside your shoes overnight to effectively eliminate odors.
