How to change date in date field based on other field? – Need help

I want to change the date in the date field to a future date based on the field “How Often.”

So here is my current setup that changed the date 1 month ahead:

How can I add more? For example if the How Often field has Every Week I want to change the date to one week ahead every time the button is pressed. Is it Possible to apply multiple options to one button?

You would copy/paste this action to the same workflow and change the when condition to How often is Every Week and update the due date +weeks: 1 this time.
