PHPSTORM doesn’t come with PHP, you can install PHP with something like XAMPP.
After installing XAMPP, search for Environment,
Click on Environment variable,
Under System variables, select Path and click on Edit,
If there is no entry for your php then Click on browse, and go to the drive where your xampp is installed like Drive C, and select the folder php under the xampp folder,
