I would like to make a reusable element out of Group Focus element (a menu in essence). While I can make the reusable element and then put it into a Group Focus on the page, this feels cumbersome and wasteful. If I put the Group Focus in the reusable element, I cannot have it pop up relative to another element on the page.
Any solution?

Nothing wrong with that.
Put the element that it is supposed to be relevant to, in the reusable element, then put the reusable element onto the page where the element is supposed to be.
Most often, the use case for this is to put a group focus menu into a repeating group. Usually it is not done when it is just for an element that is on the page.
Clever. I was trying to keep it generic (it’s a filter heading component). I can of course put the generic one in a specific one and put the popup there. Damn clever. Thank you.
