How to turn sets of rows into columns

Hi,

I am new to Power BI – we are evaluating it to replace our existing reporting tools.

I have been able to import a data set from Assets in Jira Cloud and merge the different tables together. However, I have ended up with a table with sets of 14 rows that should be transposed to columns. This is an artefact of the way Assets stores data and not a result of the table joins.

I am seeking some guidance on how to convert those sets of rows into columns so that each set of 14 rows becomes a single row in a new table. Attached is a screen shot showing the first two sets – I have redacted some content and highlighted the first set to make it easier to read.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jeffery
