Hi,
I am managing a data base of 10 programs that needs updates on around 20 line items per programs. I would normally use the “form” option but for this particular case I want to ask key contacts for updates but I want them to have a table view where they can cross a box if they have an update for that specific line and add a comment box that they can fill if they need to say something. I also do not want to give them access to my smartsheet.
Is there a way to do that?
Exemple Contact A manages 2 programs out of the 10, within those 2 programs there is 20 lines that requires him to tell me 1. Did completed that line (checking a box would be the simplest I feel like 2. does he has any comment?
