It seems that recently, I was locked out of some projects. I can’t see the list of task anymore, and there is a lock icon with the message ” This project uses Custom Fields, which is an Asana Starter feature. Learn more“.
I read the information in that link, and searched everywhere for ways to update the list of custom fields.
I have no use of custom field, I am not sure how it got there, probably from experimenting initially with a more expensive version. I am also 99% sure that when I downgraded, it was not an issue to access those projects.
How do I remove those custom fields and regain access to the tasks? Is the easier way to pay for one month, remove them all (cross fingers!), and then downgrade again?
