1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.

  3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you’re looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.

If you can’t find an item in your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, check the purchase history in Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Or check the purchase history in Account Settings on your computer.

Can’t find the item that you’re looking for? If you have more than one Apple ID, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you bought the item. Sign in with the other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.

If you received a suspicious email notification about a purchase, the email might not be from Apple or reflect actual charges to your account. Learn how to identify legitimate App Store or iTunes Store emails.

Users in the European Union might have made purchases for digital goods and services within an app by using alternative payment systems or through a link to purchase on the developer’s website.
