If you have received a Penalty Notice (parking ticket), please see payment options below and refer to the back of your Penalty Notice for details:
A. Online Payment
- Visa, Master Card or American Express
- Online payments will be subject to a $2.50 processing fee (plus applicable taxes) per Penalty Notice.
B. Payment in Person

C. Payment by Telephone
- Make a payment using the automated touch-tone system at 905.874.2404.
- Phone payments will be subject to a $2.50 processing fee (plus applicable taxes) per Penalty Notice.
D. Payment by Mail
- Cheque or money order

NOT accepted in the mail. - Make all cheques and money orders payable to “City of Brampton” and write the number of the Penalty Notice on the front. Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted. Dishonoured cheques and credit cards will be subject to an administrative fee and if the period of deficiency causes the Penalty Notice due date to lapse and the penalty amount to go into default, an additional fee will be charged and information may be forwarded to a credit bureau.
