How to have email sign up on homepage only with Refresh theme

Hey folks,

 

I am having some issues trying to remove the sign up to email section from all pages except for homepage. When I go to a different page, product page for example, and delete the email singup section, it deletes it from all pages. Is there a way I can only have this visible on the homepage?
