So the HubSpot address is always in the BCC address section, the issue is when I email the Bank about the client (Lets call him Steven) Steven’s email address isnt added as its a direct email from myself to the bank.
HubSpot logs the email but will automacally create a contact based on the banks email address, what i would like to do is to have that email im sending to the bank directly to log into Stevens contact page and vise versa when the bank emails me regarding Steven I can log that email into Stevens contact page on HubSpot.
