From here, you can press the X key on your keyboard or LB on your Xbox controller to enter the search tab and type in Cheat Room. The first result should yield Princess Mely’s Cheat Room. Click on it to enter the mod page and install the tiny 400kb mod. Remember, unless otherwise stated, downloading creation mods will disable your achievements. Once you’re back on the main menu, Starfield will do a quick reload and then you’re free to enter your save file.
Finding the Cheat Room
The cheat room can only be found in one place: the New Atlantis Starport. When looking at the front of your docked ship, head to the right to spot a big white storage container next to a smaller tan-colored one.
Run behind the big white container and you’ll find the door that lets you enter the cheat room.
Inside, you’ll find an incredibly bright white room, filled with robots, a chair and bed to wait or sleep in, every crafting station, and of course, all the guns, armor, ammo, keys, materials, and books that you can find in Starfield. Of course, the bots are there to test all your fun new weapons on.
PC players also have an additional way to enter the Cheat Room. If you open the console commands by pressing the tilde key on your keyboard (the curved line to the left of your 1 key) you can simply type the command coc qasmoke, and you’ll be teleported there instantly no matter where you are in the universe. Just be warned, once you exit the Cheat Room, you’ll be back in the New Atlantis spaceport. So only teleport there if you don’t mind having to travel back to where you were.
