I work in this niche, and the most obvious advice I can give is that, in order to effectively work on someone else’s career profile—whether it’s a CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, etc.—you should have previous experience in the field, such as HR or recruitment. Without this background, it can/will be challenging to convince someone to revamp their profile without having been exposed to the industry before.
