By bus
You might want to use the bus to reach the venue, which is also a good option for you to reach the hotel once you have arrived at Groningen Central Station.

For short stays, it’s best to use your debit or credit card to check in and out of the bus. It is also possible to buy a bus ticket on the bus, but note that you can only pay by card (or by phone).

It’s also possible to park your car at a P+R place a little outside the city center. Parking there is free of charge, and you can get a return ticket to and from the center of Groningen for only € 6,00. Free P+R parking places:
