You will have to log into your Stripe dashboard and do it from there. For more information about this, you can check out this Stripe Document. However, if you are referring to the payments made though your form called Empower Dreams Giving, have in mind that you have used Donation payment type, so the payment made is not a subscription, it was a one-time payment.
Unless you have updated something from your Stripe dashboard, your user shouldn’t be charged again for it. If you would like to convert it to the recurring payment, you can update your form to it accepts subscription and submit it again, or, you can check with Stripe support to see if the current payment can be converted to a recurring one.
