Can someone please assist me by detailing step by step how to add Wishlist King as an integration into Klaviyo

Hi,

A little confused as to why Wishlist King app in Shopify is not linking to Klaviyo. I have been using Klaviyo for a while and it is working well, however I do not understand how to link this app in klaviyo. 

Could anyone detail the steps needed to complete this integration please
