Eyes are often called the “windows to the soul”, and rightly so for a reason. A person’s eye contact can reveal their level of interest, trustworthiness, or discomfort. Apart from that, paying attention to how a person’s eyes move, are they darting around, or do they focus on you? This can reveal whether they’re engaged or distracted, or even if they’re trying to avoid certain topics.
