The next Way to Wellness Lunch and Learn will focus on how to “Build Healthy Routines that Stick.”

The presentation from 11 a.m. to noon, March 17, will review brain-based strategies to boost willpower and make habits stick for lasting change, helping you achieve your goals and the life you want — whether it is making a budget, becoming a better parent, getting in shape, or any other goal.
