Lasting power of attorney forms

The LPA120 form has updated Hardship guidance.

The form to apply for help paying for your lasting power of attorney has been updated, with new guidance.

The fee to apply for a power of attorney has increased from £82 to £92.

Fee change notification to LPA forms

The contact number for customers who cannot hear or speak on the phone has changed. The contact number for customers calling from outside the UK has changed.
