Can you help me increase the font size, I can’t work anymore.

Within sketchup, you can’t.
You might be able to change the global scaling of your windows install though. If your zoom is too high, it’ll result in very small text.
other than that, I’m not sure there is a viable solution 
edit : oh yeah, I assumed you talked about the interface, but dimensions and texts inside SU can be changed 
Please be specific about what text font you wish to make larger.
Is it GUI text in menus and inspector panels ?
Or is it dimension or callout text in the model ?
