An invitation to watch the Friend to Friend

Primary General President Susan H. Porter and her counselors, Sister Amy A. Wright and Sister Tracy Y. Browning, shared a post on social media this week with an invitation to watch the March Friend to Friend.

“Watch the Friend to Friend broadcast on March 9, 2024, for activities, music, and messages about becoming a disciple of Christ,” said the post.

How to use the Friend to Friend

The full 25-minute episode or portions of it can be used at home or in Primary to help teach children about the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The broadcast includes a section where children can learn to make an Easter lily craft with materials they have available — such as paper, crayons, markers, scissors, tape and a stick.

They will begin by tracing their hand on a piece of paper, cutting out the shape, then rolling it around a stick and curling the fingers down like petals.

The craft instructions are also in the March Friend magazine.

Previous Friend to Friend episodes

Previous episodes have taught about the temple, the covenant path, baptism, the Holy Ghost, the sacrament and what it means to be a child of God. They are also available on YouTube and in the Gospel Library.
